ePay is an eWallet used in Bulgaria.
ePay was developed on the back of the success of the initial online stores that accepted debit cards for purchases. ePay eWallet service requires the preliminary registration of a customer debit or credit card, which gives the consumer additional confidence and security when paying online. ePay can also be used to pay utility bills, taxes, and, other local authority charges.
