How do I cancel my membership or subscription?


Does the descriptor by a charge to your account indicate Epoch?

If so, the easiest way to cancel a membership or subscription is to use our online purchase finder to identify the charge and cancel it online. You will receive an e-mail to the address you entered upon purchase confirming that your membership or subscription has been canceled and that you will no longer be billed.  If you cannot use the form due to insufficient information, please contact us so that we can locate your membership/subscription and cancel it. 

If you don't know your order ID, have the card number handy when you contact us, but note that an Epoch representative will not ask you for the entire number.
