We ensure that the terms and conditions of every sale are clearly, legibly, and prominently displayed on the form in which you enter your payment information.  We also require merchants who use our services to list the terms and conditions on their website as well.  Additionally, you will receive an email immediately after completion of the sale stating exactly what was purchased and the terms of the sale.  Information about how to change your purchase, update your payment type, cancel a subscription, or get help with a password are all stated directly on your email receipt of purchase.  And with Epoch, you can cancel any membership/subscription at any time you wish.  You are not required to remain in any subscription or membership.  Ever.
